How to hardwire resilience into your brain

In Principled Innovation, resilience involves using energy to develop creative solutions and follow through on them, but that energy will run out if we are not continually refreshed. In this article, Rick Hansen, a psychologist and senior fellow at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, describes how we can cultivate our resilience by drawing on a set of strengths that address our core needs of safety, satisfaction, and connection.
