What if? The life changing power of curiosity and courage

Closely linked to the PI asset of creativity, expressing curiosity through “What If?” questions can lead us into new solutions to community challenges. In this TED Talk, Vietnamese immigrant Van Lai-DuMone recounts the social innovation experienced by women in her immigrant community as they found personal agency in moving to a new country. She describes the value of responding to curiosity with “What If?” questions and in taking small steps toward big changes.
