Teacher collaboration: spreading best practices school-wide

Collaborative efforts often bring together people who may differ greatly—or who simply dislike each other. Yet Principled Innovation emphasizes the Civic assets of inclusivity and perspective taking, which support the transformation that can occur when collaborating across differences (Practice C2).
