Embrace ambiguity

Innovation involves creating new solutions to address a problem or need, and this means that it is an inherently uncertain, ambiguous process in which the solution cannot be known at the outset. In this brief video, Patrice Martin, Creative Director of IDEO.org, describes one of the key mindsets in design thinking, that of embracing ambiguity and the power it has to lead us to creative outcomes.
