Cultivating collaboration: don’t be so defensive!

Disagreements and defensive responses are to be expected when collaborating across differences, especially when there are strong differences in values and perspectives (Practices M1 and C2). Retired California judge Jim Tamm explains in this TED Talk how managing our defensive mechanisms improves our ability to collaborate, form productive teams and find solutions to challenging problems.
