Veil of ignorance

The character asset of fairness is fundamental to constructing the just, equitable, and inclusive learning environments envisioned by Principled Innovation in which each student is provided with what they need to ensure equal opportunities for success. This short animation (2 minutes) provides a brief overview of philosopher John Rawls’ influential understanding of how the principles of freedom and difference should govern our vision of a free and fair society
