Teaching equity vs equality in K-2 classrooms

This set of three short lesson plans for K-2 will help young children learn the difference between equity (fairness) and equality (even distribution). These plans might serve as a conversation starter with Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher prep classes both about fairness and about how teachers might introduce the topic in ECE classrooms.
