Got a wicked problem? First, tell me how you make toast?

Addressing systemic challenges requires us to first understand the challenge in a deep way, including the various components of the system in which it is based (Practice I1). This type of systems thinking can only come about through collaboration, with different people contributing their own perspective, such that a more complete picture can emerge. In this TED Talk, author Tom Wujec describes a process of visualization that organizations can use to engage a group or community in developing a common understanding of a problem and exploring systemic solutions (Practice P1).
