An upward spiral between gratitude and humility

A focus on others rather than a focus on ourselves opens our awareness of the kindness of others and generates humility. In this study, the researchers trace the interactive and co-generative effects of humility and gratitude. Gratitude can help make us more receptive to others and to their values (PI Practice M1).
