Why values matter

Values guide ethical decision-making (Practice M2) and define the way we want to live. Finding creative ways to inclusively access the perspectives of others can help us identify the values that should guide the design of Principled Innovations. In this TED Talk (10 minutes), Museum of Values co-founder Jan Stassen describes the role of understanding others’ values through learning their significant life stories.
