Three good things

Gratitude and Humility have been found to be mutually reinforcing assets. A general openness to appreciating the world around us opens us up to a humble appreciation of the good that others bring into the world—an important foundation for being receptive to the values others bring to the table (PI Practice M1). Use this journaling activity to become more open to the good that others bring to our communities.
