The h-factor – honesty-humility in the HEXACO six-factor model of personality

This article in Psychology Today outlines the movement from the Big Five model of personality to the six-factor HEXACO model through the introduction of Honesty-Humility as a sixth factor. Honesty works with humility (another Moral asset in the Principled Innovation framework) to affect others’ perspectives of our integrity. As the “Honesty or Humility” video above argues, a strong H-factor is essential for making positive changes within organizations.
