This short video tells the story of a malaria outbreak on the island of Borneo, the solution that was put in place, and the string of unintended consequences that followed. It shows the dangers involved when we rush to solutions before taking the time to understand the problem and the system in which it is situated. It also highlights the importance of testing out our ideas with small prototypes prior to launching a full scale solution.
