Should you be civil to a racist? Yes, but you should still call them out.

In this article, University of Waterloo associate professor Robert Danisch and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee professor William Keith call for a “radical civility” that maintains space for protest and fervent transparency while refusing to descend into a “toxic incivility” which threatens the health and safety of others.
