“Fairness” in moral and ethical decision making (PI Practice M2) can be framed in different ways. In this thought-provoking talk, Paloma Medina explains that our minds are genetically predisposed toward fairness and equity rather than to the notion of “diversity” and encourages leaders to reframe diversity goals as concrete equity goals.
