Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is an approach for developing our own understanding of others’ culture and context and for systems thinking (Practice I1), all from an asset-based perspective. This very brief mini course, provided by Champlain College’s David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry, introduces AI and lays out a framework for practicing AI in the context of systems change that is well-suited to the work of Principled Innovation.
