Guiding Question: How can Principled Innovation support leaders in making ethical, human-centered decisions when navigating complex and uncertain challenges?
Description: The Educational Leadership master’s program integrates Principled Innovation at key moments in coursework to support leaders in navigating complex, real-world challenges. This session will focus on how faculty and candidates engage in reflection and applied practice that foregrounds ethical decision-making, human-centered leadership, and systems-level thinking.
Join us this spring for the MLFC Principled Innovation® Spotlight Series, featuring in-person and virtual sessions held twice a month from February through April. This series invites MLFC practitioners to share their experiences, insights, and real-world applications of Principled Innovation® in their work and daily lives, creating space for learning and connection across the MLFC and ASU community.
Light refreshments will be provided at in-person sessions on a first-come, first-served basis.
